Refund and Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we want to make your travel experience as smooth as possible. Below are the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds for all our tours and services:

1. Cancellation by the Traveler:

• 30+ Days Before Departure: If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the scheduled departure date, you will receive a full refund, minus a small administrative fee (if applicable).
• 15-29 Days Before Departure: Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before departure will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking cost.
• Less than 15 Days Before Departure: Cancellations made within 15 days of departure are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation by Us:

• In the rare event that we need to cancel a tour or travel service, you will be notified as soon as possible, and we will offer you the choice of:
• A full refund of all payments made.
• An alternative tour or service of equal value, subject to availability.

3. Refund Policy:

• Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 10-14 business days to the original method of payment.
• If you have purchased non-refundable services, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.

4. Special Circumstances:

• If you are unable to travel due to illness, family emergencies, or other unexpected events, we may offer a partial refund or rebooking option, subject to approval and availability. Documentation may be required.

5. No Show:

• If you fail to show up for your scheduled tour or service, no refund will be issued, and the full booking amount will be forfeited.

6. Amendments to Booking:

• Changes to your travel dates or itinerary can be made up to 15 days before departure. An amendment fee may apply depending on the nature of the change and availability.
